Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy focuses on the muscles, connective tissue, and nervous system that support the bladder, bowel, and core. At Stability, pelvic floor care is integrated with whole-body movement, breathing mechanics, and strength training to help you move and live with confidence.

Is Pelvic Floor PT Right for You?

You do not need to be postpartum or experiencing incontinence to benefit from pelvic floor therapy. If you notice symptoms during workouts, daily activity, or changes in life stages, pelvic floor PT may be an important part of your care.
