Paige Enfinger
PT, DPT
Paige is a Physical Therapist from Atlanta who recently graduated from Emory University. With a background in human development and international studies, her goal is to empower individuals to improve their connection with their own bodies. In her personal practices of yoga, Pilates, cycling, dancing, and resistance training, she employs a curious focus on physical sensations to cultivate vitality and ease.
She is interested in exploring links between different dimensions of health. Paige utilizes breathing techniques to facilitate mind-body connection. Her approach to rehabilitation incorporates creativity, external and internal sensory experiences. She focuses on proprioception (your body's spatial awareness) and interoception (your inner body awareness) through empowering exercises. Specializing in pelvic health, Paige approaches orthopedic issues from a place of curiosity, examining physical mechanics in relation to other systems, especially nervous system dynamics. By partnering with her clients, she seeks to complement and enhance activities in line with their specific goals.
Paige's philosophy is that movement is an essential part of lifestyle medicine. She looks forward to exploring functional capabilities and discovering creative, appropriate challenges to approach life with greater ease.
